50 farm raised oysters from the Kinnakeet Oyster Company. These petite oysters are grown on the backside of Hatteras Island just off Avon in the Pamlico Sound. With a nice salty brine and buttery finish they are best eaten raw.

Weekly order cutoff time is every Wednesday at 11:59pm. All orders after Wednesday at 11:59pm will be processed and available for pickup the following week.
